Requesting A Research Scan:

Once an available slot is identified from the online calendar a request can be made by contacting the CFMM Core facility scheduling email at cfmm-bookings@uwo.ca.

The following information must be included in the email in order to process the request:

  1. Principal Investigator^Project/Study Name   <-- this information is given by the CFMM in your contract
  2. Scan Date requested
  3. Start Time and End Time/Duration 
  4. Codified Subject ID – if applicable (DO NOT include any personal identifiers, such as name, Health Card Number, or FULL date of birth)
  5. Include other relevant information regarding the scan session that would assist the MR Tech/Operator in preparing for the session.
